What Do I Do With The Stuff?

Why limit our facial toner to just your face? What else can you do with our Essential Oils?

Our products may often be used for purposes other than originally intended. Thank you to our customers and visitors for sharing your comments. If you have a different use for our products, please let us know. Your comment may be featured here.

Essential oils as aphrodisiacs?
That's right.  If you use an orange-based scent, like that found in our Hand and Body Lotion or our Body Polishes, you may increase your guy's arousal by 20%.  We help in any way we can, in any number of arenas.

Rose Water doesn't just smell nice....
February 2011 issue of Self magazine reports that if you need a lift, spritz your face with rose water.  It will refresh makeup and give you a dewy complexion.  Also, it may calm skin and soothe any redness. Luckily, you may purchase rose water/spritz here.

Citrus and Lavender calm anxious patients
Hate the dentist?  A recent article in Body and Soul magazine (now Whole Living magazine) reported on a University of Vienna study that sniffing orange and lavender oils may help to calm anxious patients.  Our Essential Oil Travel Kit is perfect for your next dental or doctor visit!

Lavender Essential Oil for bites, burns and cuts?
Love the smell of lavender?  Think all it does is calm you?  Think again.  Lavender essential oil may help stop the pain and swelling from bee stings and other insect bites according to a blurb in the March 2010 issue of Better Homes and Gardens magazine.  Additionally, it may help sooth your skin after a burn or cut.  Apply one drop directly to skin or add to your bath.  Purchase lavender essential oil on its own or as part of our Essential Oil Travel Kit.

Peppermint Oil may help IBS sufferers
Fitness Magazine, in its March 2010 issue, reported that a University of Italy study revealed that 75% of IBS patients had 50% fewer symptoms after taking two 225 milligram capsules of peppermint oil twice daily for four weeks.  We don't have peppermint oil capsules, but we do sell peppermint essential oil.  You may order it on its own or as part of our Essential Oil Travel Kit.

Peppermint Essential Oil Makes for more Attentive Drivers
Recent research discussed in Fitness and Health magazines indicates that scenting your car with peppermint may make you a more alert driver.  Why not try our Car Diffuser which comes with Peppermint Essential Oil?  It's a great alternative to the rearview mirror dangling trees and candles.  This scent makes you alert - why not also try it in your office?  What better way to stay alert when finishing that big project?

Essential Oil Travel Kit - Natural First Aid Kit
We get so many looks about our Essential Oil Travel Kit.  Most of the time people want to know what to do with it.  While it does contain a card with common uses and suggested directions, we also hear customers tell us other things they do with the oils.  Often people buy our Home or Car Diffuser Kits with the suggested essential oils, or customers already have a diffuser kit of some kind.  The Essential Oil Travel Kit allows the user several other Essential Oil scents to use for their own diffusers.  Try it today!

This is a cooling summer tip we discovered by accident:
Summer is slowly approaching in the Northeast. For those in the South, summer has been here for a little while. To beat the heat, take our Facial Toner and spritz it all over your body - not just your face! If you are sitting at the pool or beach - or even your own backyard, this spray will soothe and refresh. Its combination of witch hazel, orange blossom water, aloe vera juice, and vibrational properties of its flower essences enhance your summer look by improving your mood!

For an extra cooling pick-me-up, store it in the refrigerator and then spritz!  The same may be done with the Fresh Floral Hydrosols.

Look Six Years Younger:
Studies reported by Self and Shape magazines have shown that when men smell grapefruit, they find women to look six years younger than they actually are.  Why not snap up some of our citrus body polish and citrus body lotion.  Enjoy the scent and look younger!

Organic Style Magazine, June 2005 reports:

Sniffing grapefruit helps curb cravings for sweets. This is according to a study at the Institute of Aromatherapy in Toronto. The grapefruit diet is back, but instead of eating grapefruit (not an altogether bad idea), sniff some grapefruit essential oil. Wild Mountain Organics has grapefruit essential oil in its Essential Oil Travel Kit. Or purchase it on its own. Simply put a couple drops on your wrist and sniff when that cake is placed in front of you.

Bathing suit season is coming. Get ready!
